ISOLATED WALL CLADDING REPAIRS IN KINGS NORTON

Coverclad Services was contracted to carry out isolated wall cladding repairs in Kings Norton, directly on behalf of a distribution centre. The low level base sill flashing to the side elevation and return of the loading bay area had received impact damage from a vehicle and was in need of replacement. Impact pollards protected much of the wall but not this particular corner.

Our job description was to remove the damaged base sill flashings, check the state of the underlying rails and to supply and fix new base sill flashings (in silver PVF2 finish). Very minor damage to the associated wall cladding sheets was left untreated.

The isolated wall cladding repairs in Kings Norton was completed within a day by two of our wall cladding installers and extra care was taken to barrier off the area of works whilst the repairs were carried out.
