Experienced Roofer
Experienced roofer required for a roofing and cladding business in Brierly Hill and surrounding areas. Immediate start available. Driving licences is a must. You will be required in time to lead a team on any given job. Typical working hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri (weekend work may be available). Rate of pay dependant on experience. Hourly rate, paid weekly. Positions is self-employed only. Minimum age 25 for insurance reasons.
Must Have:
- Driving licence.
- Previous experience.
- Two work references.
- Experience with most of the following: Metal roofs repairs to include; fixing replacements, GRP roof light replacements, liquid applied membrane application, single ply roof applications, flashing installations.
Desirable, current or past:
- Working at Height certificate.
- PASMA certificate.
- IPAF certificate.
Skills and Requirements:
- Have a common sense attitude to health and safety at work.
- Have a desire to see a job well done, and a happy customer who may become a repeat customer.
- Understand what is required in order to complete the repair as necessary.
- Have knowledge of all of the roofing materials being worked with.
- Be prepared to start early and finish late to get the job done.
- Be prepared to work weekends when required.
- Be able to drive the company van, if required.
- Enjoy, or at least tolerate, working outside in all weather.
Roofer
Roofer required for a roofing and cladding business in Brierly Hill and surrounding areas. Immediate start available. Driving licences is desirable. You will ideally have some relevant experience, however we are more interested in someone who will demonstrate they are keen to learn new skills and progress in their career. Typical working hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri (weekend work may be available). Rate of pay dependant on experience. Hourly rate, paid weekly. Positions is self-employed only. Ideally minimum age of 25 for van insurance reasons, however for the right candidate we may make an exception with the view of you obtaining a license in the future.
Must Have:
